- Note: Internet Explorer is not a recommended browser for accessing programs on their premiere date. To avoid issues. we recommend you use one of the other browsers. You can also download the program to your hard drive using the link under the video window. Downloading the program in advance is strongly recommended for group viewing on the premiere date.

Connection Type

Your computer must be connected to the internet via DSL, Cable, Corporate LAN, or better. Avoid using a wireless** connection to the internet, as this may result in poor performance. (** please note that terms "WIFI" and "Wireless" are often mistaken as being synonymous. You should not have problems on a WIFI connection like the one provided by your WIFI enabled router at home. "Wireless" is a term used by phone companies to describe 3G, 4G or "data plans". Typically, your smart phone uses a "wireless" connection.)

Limit the number of users attempting to view the program at the same time from your local internet connection.
